Can't delete cookies in 10.3.2safari

Anybody figure out how? Even when I manually erase then reopen safari most reappear. Repeat again same thing.

Nope. It persisted in iOS 10.3.3 beta - at least the last one I used prior to installing iOS 11 - but the problem is indeed fixed in iOS 11.

If you have multiple devices, such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, make sure they are on the same iCloud account. Then delete them from another device. I can’t remember if clearing cookies from one device syncs to your other devices, but your browsing history does this too, so this might work for the time being.
