Can I synchronize i-cal with MS outlook calendar for PC-windows?

Currently I have been using Outlook calendar on my laptop and my boss I-calendar on his I-phone and he wants to synchronize these calendars so as to be able both of us not only to view but also to make any changes to the events, mutually visible. Is it possible and if yes how?
