Cache Cleaners don't work on Spotify…

I'm pretty well stuck on this problem in my iphone 7 (32gb). I've tried every cache cleaning app I could find including Smart Memory Pro for $2 that I saw in the 6s Plus forum but nothing is clearing out the 2+gb of memory locked in this app and the more I stream the more it goes up. The only thing I can do is completely uninstall the app and reinstall weekly to clear out the space. Does anyone know of an app that actually works for them so I stop with this mildly annoying weekly problem?

No. I'm using free Spotify where there is no option to download.

I keep trying that multiple times hoping it'll work at some point but so far no luck even when signing into a different account from my own. It just keeps building up that cache of junk.

Battery Saver has a clear cache feature. May not work on the Spotify cache though.

Also, if you delete the app to clear the cache, do it in settlngs. Go to settings > General > Usage > Manage storage > scroll down to Spotify > Tap it> delete the app. This way it stays in place and you won't lose anything.

Didn't work unfortunately. Also used the option to clear temporary files and still didn't clear up any space. I'm starting to think something in iOS 10 just doesn't let these apps work anymore.

Deleting the app works best anyway. Just do in settlngs as I suggested above.
