Add Twitter Account for sharing (share sheets) in iOS 11

Since iOS 11 removes the Twitter and Facebook integration, can anyone tell me how to re-add my twitter account so that I can share things using the share sheets? I get an error message saying “no twitter account, you can add or create one in settings.” I can’t figure out where or how to do this. I thought it would be under “add accounts” but it looks like that’s just for Mail accounts. Has anyone figured out how to do this or is this something Twitter needs to update in their app? I ask this because sharing via Facebook works fine. No error messages since updating to iOS 11.
