Keychain problems

After transferring to a MBP from an MBA I get pop-ups requesting login info from the keychain. I have reset the keychain a couple of times and yet every time I login I have a pop-up to deal with. I tried shutting off the keychain in iCloud and that didn't effect it at all. How do I fix this?
