Jailbreak iphone 4 Question

I was wondering, if I jailbreak my iphone 4, then unlock it so I can use any network (restricted to O2 now) then I factory restore my phone, will it "reset" the unlock?

Depends on the unlock... some are permanent... others, not so much... best thing to do would be to get O2 to unlock the device... that's permanent.
