English film soundtrack disappears from a purchase?

I bought Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy on the German iTunes store a couple of years ago and have watched it many times in English. I want to watch it last weekend and there is no English audio any more.

Contacted Apple Support and they told me that it was never there. Simply not true.

Anyone have any suggestions?

On what device did you watch the movie? Does that device have adjustable audio settings?
