Hangouts - No audio notification

Hi All,

Hangouts is playing up at the moment and I can't figure out why, I've reinstalled the app and I am still getting no audio notification from it when the phone is locked.

I've checked its settings and all seem to be okay and I am getting other audio notifications from other apps.

Any ideas about what could be wrong?

Wiped iOS.

Tested Hangouts as I reinstalled apps, turns out Facebook Messenger affects Hangouts.
