HELP!! Urgent! turn off find my iphone

ok.. im in this situation now. my mother's sister gave me an iphone 5c her old phone she is now using iphone 6. she forget the passcode and her icloud/itunes password. and i factory restored the phone now is just left activate iphone part. the phone says this iphone is linked to an apple id. enter the apple id and password that were used to set up this iphone.

Welcome to iMore! It sounds like your sister had Find My iPhone turned on and you will need her Apple ID and password. Just so you're not wasting your own time, I'll emphasize that this is the ONLY way into that phone and you basically have a paperweight. What I recommend is having your sister go to https://iforgot.apple.com and resetting her password, then giving it to you so you can get in and log her out of Find My iPhone.
