Traveling to china

I'll be traveling to china from the U.S.A for work for 2 month . Will I be able to use it there or should I buy a chinese sim card, either way I'm clueless. I know they have a 3G network, any help from somebody with experience on this would be greatly appreciated. :

You can buy an international package through AT&T, or if your iPhone is jailbroken and unlocked you can get a Chinese sim card and buy pre-paid time while you are there. It's up to you.
