    Well they did something from iCloud then erased the software and reinstalled iOS 8.4. Something I'm sure I could've done myself but it wasn't working for me. I'm an android guy. This is my first iPhone I'm slowly learning

    Hi, did the apple guy erased only the software or did they do a restore of your phone? Is all your data still inside your phone?

    I have my iphone 6 disabled after changing to 6 digit passcode and forgot it. But I cannot restore it because I did not sync my phone with itunes or icloud for nearly one year, there are lots of photos and important notes T_T
