After watching YouTube, all of my apps are gone on my jailbroken iPhone 6 Plus. What can I do?

I have a jail broken iPhone 6 plus and I was watching you tube and when I was done I went back to my home screen and all my apps are gone !!! I respring nothing I reboot nothing can someone help me

If you've backed up both your jailbreak stuff via the means available to do so... and general back-ups via iTunes and/or iCloud... try restoring your back-ups and sync to iTunes... if that fails, an iOS restore will be in order.
