How to Jailbreak iOS 4.3.1

Tethered = no interest. I upgraded to 4.3 because I was experiencing problems with my phone constantly dropping my Wi-Fi connection as well as displaying "No Service" I thought it was an issue with my jailbreak so I upgraded, moments later AT&T commented saying it was a network issue in my area... Now I'm stuck with 4.3.1 until an untethered jailbreak comes out as I have no desire to downgrade the iOS.
