Device Unknown

Hey all , I just bought a new iphone 7 from a store in Angola and when trying to activate the phone i get Device Unknown error . "Please visit the Service Answer Centre ..." this is rly strange i dont know what to do ! please help

also not that the phone is not recognized on itunes , i even tried it in restore mode to maybe restore it but still nothing.

I am afraid that you haven’t bought an iPhone at all.
Go back to where you purchased it from and ask for your money back.

Was the iPhone in a sealed box when you bought it and have you put a SIM card in it?
