Uninstall Onavo VPN

Uninstall Onavo VPN
I have installed Onavo VPN on my iPhone 7. Wanted to remove it! Went to
Settings/General/Profile and removed Onavo. After that removed the Onavo icon.
It had been removed but under setting when I scroll down I still have the Onavo
Extend icon. When I press, it I have "Allow ONAVOEXTEND TO ACCESS",
and two options "Notifications Off" and "Cellular Data"
which is turned off as well. How can I remove the icon from my settings list?

Welcome to iMore! Where in Settings do you still see it? Is it the app icon you see? How did you delete the app icon? Have you tried going to Settings > General > Usage > Manage storage > scroll to the App > Tap it > delete the app?
