Android forum

My friend is having serious issues with her Samsung S7... She experienced a software crash and verizon replaced it. Two days later, her phone is locking up again.. it seems like Facebook is part of the issue. (I've told her she needs to switch to iPhone, but she's generally contrary). Anyway, I'd like to point her in the direction of an Android forum, and I'm pretty sure there is one. Can somebody point me in the proper direction?
