How do I reduce ring time length on an iPhone 6?

My carrier is Virgin Mobile Australia. I do not want or need voicemail so incoming calls ring for around 90 seconds (unless the caller gives up by hanging up before this). I have spoken at length about this with Virgin & they tell me there is no way to reduce the ring time at all if I don't activate voicemail. As my carrier can't help, does anyone know of a way I can change the ring time (to around 15 seconds) via the iPhone 6 settings?

Not possible at the phone. The "give up" time is a network function which is implemented at the network not at the phone, and the phone would ring for ever if the network did not drop the call. Your only options are to setup voicemail with a greeting which says "don't leave a message" or find another network with a shorter Give Up time.
