How can I get back the status bar on my iphone6??

When I purchased the phone six weeks ago, the status bar was intact. Now it is gone. HELP!! Have checked various settings in FB to no avail.

Why are you checking FB settings in regard to this matter? I'm assuming that FB is FaceBook. Try rebooting your iPhone or go to Settings → General → Reset, and them select "Reset All Settings".

Do you refer to something on Facebook? If so, what? The status bar on Facebook? What, exactly, do you refer to?
