Why am I not able to send normal green box msgs from my iPhone6

I have tried the suggestions and gone and changed the mode to LTE. But the data changing option did not come b

Make sure you head over to Settings > Messages > Send as SMS (toggle this option ON).

Also, make sure you're sending it to an actual phone number and not an email/iCloud/iMessage address. I hope this helps.
