Why am I only able to use Siri to use my iPhone XR?

The side and volume buttons on my phone aren't working. A couple of minutes ago, I was at least able to use Siri to use my phone, but now that's not working either. The screen doesn't recognize touch, but it still technically works. It still charges so that's good. I don't know what happened!

I would definitely take it to the Apple Store or an authorized repair center. Did it get wet or did you drop it?
