Blank Screen in Account Settings/Payment Info when trying to make an IAP.

When trying to make an IAP on my (jail broken) iPhone 6, the App Store tells me I need to sign in to either verify my payment info or answer my security questions. Once I type my password in, I am now left on a blank screen that occasionally will take me to Apple ID Account Settings or from there will show me a blank screen as if it was momentarily loading something but does not.

Try using iTunes on computer to verify...then see what happens on the phone.
