My phone is frozen and will not work, I do not know what to do.

I tried to perform a backup restore on my iphone 6. It is stuck in the reseting phase and holding the lock button and the home button at the same time isn't doing anything. What can I do?

try plugging it directly into iTunes

Download load Tiny Umbrella. Open the app and plug in your iphone 6 and click on exit out of restore mode. I hope that works
