How do I change the default time for event notifications?

Default time for event notification

Default alert times for Birthday or all day event is 9.00am, is there a way that I can change it to say 7.00am

Settings. Mail, contacts, calendars. Scroll down to calendars and click on default alert times.

That does not offer the option to change the time from 9:00 am to another time. I don't think it can be changed for "all day" events.

If you want it to set on any time other than 9:00 am, you can't make it "all day" event. You could leave it "all day" and use the Reminders app to alert you at 7:00 am.
