Edit autofill for email

Whenever i am asked to fill in an email on my iphone it tries to autofill with my work email, which i dont even use on my iphone

is there a way i can change my normal personal email to be the default email go to in Autofill

I'm trying to understand whether it is when you're filling out the To or Cc fields for your email message?

If your work email address is the first email address displayed in your Contact card, edit the card and put your personal email first.

it's when i am filling in online forms etc - so not for emails

When you go to [Settings → Mail] and then scroll down to “Default Account”, is your work email listed?
