Cellular data not working for iphone 4s

I have iphone4s and i updated to IOS 8.1 but still the cellular data is not working. Any solutions?

Reboot your device by holding the power & home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears. If the issue persists, you may want to do a clean install because the issue may be with the OTA download if that's how you updated. Good Luck
