Restore iPhone5 running ios 7.0.4?

Hello all,
I have an iPhone5 running 7.0.4 that I need to restore to factory settings. The problem is that I do not want to upgrade to ios 7.1 because it is not jail breakable. I have downloaded an ios 7.0.4 .ipa and put my phone into DFU mode and used iTunes to try to restore to it but I get the message: "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" How can I restore an iphone5 running 7.0.4 to factory 7.0.4?

Apple is no longer signing 7.0.4 - you can't

Do you have to restore it to factory settings because of an issue? if that is the case as soon as you go to do the restore after an iTunes backup you are going to get 7.1. No choice there. Sorry!
