winmail.dat files

Calendar invites and attachments come as winmail.dat files and the can not be opened. What do i need to change so that i can get these invites etc.?

i had already face this issue in iPhone mail attachment and in mac using ms office for mac 2011 its frequntly someone send mail with attachment it receive like winmail.dat ,
i can't do anything still ,its happen most up time when send from outlook
