No PC gmail

Hello! Can you help me, please? I receive gmails on my iPhone 4S, yet none are arriving on my PC.In addition, gmails aren't able to be sent from my PC, but can be from the iPhone! I would be so grateful for any advice that will alleviate this dilemma! Thanks!
