Not being able to call contacts

I can’t call any saved contacts but I can dial the number and call them. Also my contacts names aren’t showing up when they call me. I tried unchecking the groups in my contacts and rechecking and resetting my phone the problem is still there. Any other suggestions?

That’s strange. In your Question you mentioned group contacts, what’s the last thing you remember doing in regard to contacts before this started?

Did you import the contacts from another source other than iCloud?
