System Preferences not allowing me to edit accounts

Hello!

Out of the blue today, my System Preferences will not allow me to edit any of my email/contact/calendar accounts.

I can go to System Preferences>Mail,Contacts,Calendars - but when I get to that page, it lists my accounts as usual, but they are all gray rather than black, including the option to change when to "Fetch New Data". Everything below that is black and edit-able.

I tried restarting my phone, but that didn't help. I know next to nothing about this, so I'm not sure what else to do.

Any thoughts?

Restrictions are enabled. Turn that off

Settings > General > Restrictions > scroll down to "Accounts" and set switch to "ON".
