why my iphone won't open instagram app?

My Instagram app won't open on my iphone 4S Version 7.0.6 since yesterday, it just closes straight away when I open it. I've uninstalled it a few times and reinstalled but still the same results, any ideas? And i can't restart it because than i will lose important things on my phone.

Well, if you have the latest version of the app, you're going to have to restart your device to see if that helps.
