Why is it when I delete an app and restart my sons phone it comes back 10 min later?

why when i delet a app and restart my sons phone it comes back 10 min later

ive deleted stuff off of are phone and ive even taken it to someone that has a store for errassing every thing off of the phone and restarting it but a day or two it pops back up?

Automatic downloads in settings or son is reinstalling it lol

Welcome to iMore! It could be a few things:

1. As @Peligro911 stated, you probably have automatic downloads enabled in Settings > iTunes & App Store. Go there and then toggle OFF Apps under the Automatic Downloads header.
2. Someone is reinstalling them
3. Someone is restoring the phone from an iTunes or iCloud backup that's putting the apps back on the device.
