Why has my ice 6+ stopped allowing me to download free applications?

Card #s STOLEN from "SAFE SITES" are on the news EVERY DAY. No thanks I'm NOT being FORCED (required) to provide one.

Buy a iTunes card and use that, then you should be able to download free apps. I actually have a card which is out of date logged to my account and I can download free apps.
