Why does iTunes say that I have 82 apps to update?

But when I click on download them all, iTunes returns that there are none to download. Anyone know what is causing this and if I am doing something in error? I converted to iCloud and am syncing iTunes over WiFi and backing up to iCloud.

It is just when I bring up iTunes, it shows many apps that require updating and iTunes won't let me do it.

same here iTunes showing me that I have some updates but when I check it says, no updates available currently!!
