Order funds debited no email confirmation.
I'm looking for a way to find out what happened to an iMore Digital Offer (tripod, Feb 11th, $19.95). IMore took money out of my account, but never sent a confirmation email. Therefore, I have no order number to refer to. Does anyone know where I go from here? Yes, I tried the customer service page. They don't recognize me, although they took my money fast enough. Feel silly posting to a forum about this...but iMore does not make it easy to contact them about sales.
