Weird New Issue with Facebook

Over the last 5 days or so when ever I have a comment or a posting on my wall, photo tagged, etc. it shows up as a notification and after viewing the notification it goes away as normal. But then next time I open up Facebook is still shows that same notification as a new notification. Then I have to do the same thing again. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

Didn't have that issue but perhaps reinstalling solves it.

I had the exact same issue, plus if i tapped on a new notification, it would take me to see the notification but most of the times I couldn't see the new update!
I didn't find a fix, but then again it didn't bother me that much!
