Got a call from a number I don't recognize. It has a voice mail notification but the message has nothing. It is literally a time of 0:00. Notification wont go away unless I were to delete it. Cause obviously cant listen to it to clear the notification. Very odd.

I recommend deleting it then. Whomever was calling you probably hung up just as your voicemail picked up, hence the 0:00 message.
