Transfer app data without using restore or icloud

I have an iPad and my work just gave me an iPad 2. My work's ipad 2 has VPN and exchange settings on it. So I cannot restore my ipad onto my ipad 2. I also can't use icloud backup or restore. Is there a way for me transferring my application data such as angry birds scores and temple run data to my ipad 2? I can't jailbreak any devices. I also downloaded phoneview and transferred it but it causes the apps to crash? Does anyone know how to do this?
