Hi, I wonder that if I backup iPhone to iCloud and Restore iPhone from iCloud Backup, can I get all the data into my new iPhone? I've tried iTunes backup, it did totally restore my iPhone, so is there any difference? Thanks for your kind reply.

Yes, if you back up your device to iCloud, you will be able to restore that same data to a new device, provided both devices are running the same version of iOS.

The difference is, you only get 5 gigs of iCloud storage for free. So if your total device storage is less than 5 gigs you can use iCloud backup. Some folks don't want their data on the cloud and choose to use iTunes. Some use iTunes when their data is more than 5 gigs and they don't want to pay for additional storage.
