The To/cc label appeared in my email. Can I delete it, and if so, how?

Today on my iPhone under mailboxes a "to/cc" folder appeared. I did not create this. Why did this happen. Can I delete without losing emails

New To/cc account

Yes. Go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then scroll down to the "Mail" sections and disable the lever next to "Show To/CC Label".
