The quality of video on my iphone5 is 'too good'...how do I reduce the quality?

When recording myself for one minute, I end up with a 48meg file that is simply useless to attach to an email or to post on a forum etc...
I need a setting which will produce a file of say...10meg.
Can it be done?

Load it into iMovie and export it as a lesser quality file.
