Swap sim from Note 8 to Iphone x?

Anyone sim swap to iphone x? Wondering what has to be done when swapping sims back and forth. I know I message has to be turned off and find my phone, but not sure of anything else.

I swap sim between Android and a IPhone 8+. I don't have imessage enabled at all and find my phone doesn't need to be turned off. I don't turn it of and everything works fine.

FaceTime has to be turned off as well as iMessage. Occasionally you’ll have to delete older text threads before the texts go through properly.

Yes, sorry I missed that. I don't use facetime and therefore it's off in my ip8+

Good makes that easy for me then. Yeah I hate the iMessage text debacle. My boss always text from old imessages and asks why I didn't reply.

I swap SIM cards all the time between my Android and IOS devices and as others have said, I make sure I turn off iMessage and FaceTime.

Worked fine yesterday. Even get to use my Gear S3 with the iphone x. I dont need my watch to do all the fancy back and forth crap. I need it to tell time, count steps, and heart rate. Does it just fine. Oh and if the wife needs to tell me I left my phone at home she can still call my watch.
