Springboard crash on ios 7 after cydia updates several tweaks

I will really appreciate your help
It keeps crashing and when i respring it is stuck in loading.

If you can get it to open in safe mode, go into Cydia while in safe mode and uninstall the tweaks then respring. I installed a tweak to hide my dock that kept crashing SB and I got it in safe mode, opened Cydia and unsitalled the tweak then resprung. Problem solved.

If it's stuck in a boot loop, you'll probably have to restore and lose your JB.
