Song Announcer?

Does anyone know of an app or music player that will announce the artist and song before playing the song? I want it to just read the tag info from MP3's on my phone before each song plays.

How would an app know which song is coming up? I never heard of such!

I'm not aware of any such app.

My iPad Nano has this feature. Totally annoying, though. I turned it off.
