Have been a user of Viber for quite some time.
While the call functions in my experience are of good quality, the messaging capabilities of Viber are lacking behind. There is a need to allow font increase; many issues of contacts and messages being mixed up (sends texts to wrong users, or displays them under wrong name); also must be a way to keep conversations logs if you want to re-install the app (eg due to malfunctioning) or when switching phone use, to name a few. I also find it difficult to send quick feedbacks to the support team.
A faster response to issues like the above is needed.
It seems like a decent alternative to other similar apps and since being among the leader Apps, I believe the management of the company can seek better utilization of that position while they still have it.
