Software update option unavailable

Hi, ive tried updating my ipad 2 to ios 5 direct from my ipad using OTA. But when i go onto settings>general settings, the "software updates" option is not there. How do i find it?

The ability to update OTA was introduced with iOS 5 so therefore, you will have to update via iTunes. Once you've updated, any subsequent updates will be available to you OTA.
