Should I contact Apple when my apple TV constantly says there was an error loading content

When attempting to stream live TV through apps like Watch ESPN, it will play for a little and then just stop and display a screen saying there was an error loading the content. Is this an Internet connection problem, app problem, or should I contact Apple?

Sounds like an internet problem- have you been having other issues with it? try doing a speedtest and see what your speed is like- Speedtest.net or on your iPhone its an app by ookla
