Should Apple Resurrect The AirPort Extreme?

As of late, Tim Cook and Apple has been aggressively promoting privacy, in general. With that being said, should Apple put its money where it’s mouth is and resurrect the AirPort Extreme and include its very own VPN configuration or service? If they’d do something like that, would you be interested?

Possibly. I haven’t used a VPN before but in this day and age, I often wonder if I should.

I've been surprised by their getting out of the market, but experience with others makes me think it would be hard for them to keep their margins and have really good products.

I did not wait and have been really happy with Ubiquiti's AmpliFi product.

Absolutely, they should get back into this segment. The Airports worked great, for me at least, and to see them recently back out of this area of hardware when they should be turning in is... disappointing.
