Screen time bug???

So my iPhone updated to 14.4.1 (as well as iPad OS) and both had issue with screen time. Screen time turned on itself and I cannot turn it off- keeps saying passcode is incorrect and when I try to reset passcode via forgot my passcode, it says incorrect attempt. I don’t know what to do and tried contacting Apple and all they said was to reset password to Apple ID which I did. Anyone had this issue?

Unless I’m missing something, your screen time passcode is a 4-digit code and if you have restrictions set then it should be that particular passcode.
