I have assigned a specific ringtone to my wife and also to my medical providers. It will stay that way for several day or even weeks and then all of a sudden everything will switch back to the default ringtone. 
I have searched the Apple forums and have not been able to find a solution but I was hoping that someone here might have a solution.
There does not appear to be a pattern to the changes. I am using Win7, Outlook 2007 and the latest version of iTunes to do the sync. I wondered if it is the sync process so I started checking after every sync and they have all been fine--until I checked something this morning and now everyone is back to default.
Any suggestions on this topic--solutions would be even better.
